Hi Alicia, I’m guessing you’ve only been on the meds for a couple of weeks now, since your diagnosis yes? Give your body and mind some time to adjust & stabilize with the meds. There is hope now that you’ve had the diagnosis and are being treated. Soon you will hopefully experience more clarity and balance. In the meantime, are there any support groups you can join or other people with your diagnosis that can help support and relate to your experience?

Maybe I'm not that mature and still in my late teens but I hope it can help, maybe you can confess about it to your husband that you don't want divorce? Maybe it'll be hard but why don't you let him see you're recovering and getting better that you're changing into something more better... To be honest if he realises it then he's for sure with you even after all this and loves you. Don't worry alright? Things may take time but stay calm and try to get reattached to your husband. Talking always help even if a little. All the best 👍🏻

Hi Alicia. Bipolar is an incredibly powerful condition. Now that it sounds like you are on proper medication, perhaps let things settle a bit and see if this “new you” and your husband have a better go of things? Hope that helps 🙏
