All good suggestions-I agree it sounds like intense anxiety dreams. Before even analyzing any of the dreams I would want to know what is happening in your life?
If you would like to then go deeper in “managing” your dreams, I would explore books on lucid dreaming as a start. Not only can you manage - different than control - but you can then learn to have your dream activity inform you of exactly what they mean, directly. This goes hand in hand with daytime practices which are designed to improve meditative stability, which transfers to the dream state.
