Sorry to hear you’re so run down. Sonetines yes, we just can’t get away and need to find a way to recharge whilst still in a stressful situation. Maybe try walking up a little bit early and meditating, doing breathe work and stretches… and going to bed a little earlier and journaling, unplugging & meditating again. Try to create a self care routine that’s going to be easy for you to follow. Try to add more whole foods in your diet and look after yourself the way you would maybe look after someone you loved 🥰
