I have had a very difficult year full of deaths, losses and near deaths and though I’ve managed to keep strong, I think I’m burnt out & really, really need a holiday or a health break but can’t have one. As a result, everything is going wrong, I’m braking things, leaving wet clothes in the washing machine, forgetting appointments & having little energy to do anything or see anyone etc…. What can I do to help myself in the absence of a holiday or mini break? I just feel completely exhausted.
