Following from Liam’s post, I have 2 area’s in my home dedicated to mediation. I find that have a specific space to go to, really helps me maintain my practice, even only for a few minutes a day! Anyone else relate?

Having dedicated spaces really does crate a kind of mental invitation to pause and ground yourself. I love that you’ve made it part of your daily rhythm, even if it’s just for a few minutes— these moments really add up!
