I use it everyday when I need it Liam, no set times! But generally anytime I need to focus, regulate my emotions
Or come into the present moment quickly! It helps me get out of my thoughts quicker then anything else I’ve tried!
Got myself this waterfall sand timer to help with my mindfulness meditation. I turn it around watch whilst the purple, white & gold sand falls very slowly, creating beautiful landscapes. It really helps my mind focus and slow down. Having something to visually focus on is a great trick from my brain to stop and clear my thoughts. If anyone else struggles with an over active mind, I recommend this!
