I hear ya Jaeden! I’m the same 😳but I think that the more we remember to practice then the stronger the new habit is that we’re forming!
I’ve noticed that on days when I don’t MAKE time to listen to wellness /inspirational/ healing podcasts/ music, or read motivational / spiritual quotes etc, my mood, energy & vibration is lower! So I have been committing to every day consciously listening to at least 15 minutes of something or writing my journal again for at least 15 minutes every single day and I cannot tell you the difference!!!! Anyone else experience this too?
