Has anyone ever heard of or used an Ayurveda Marma Mat before?

Not new! Just started gaining popularity the last few years, the ones I see more commonly are prama mats, where you lay on them. I really want one but have to be particular about plastics/no chemicals, and the good ones are spendy 😂
