Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It can be a challenge to carve out time for meditation and relaxation when you’re raising young children.
Depending on their age, you can include them in a brief breathing practice. Let us know you do!
Sometimes with constant attention grabbers nearby, all we can do is take slow deep breaths. Try to make it to 6=1 minute. The actual meditation (longer) can be done while they’re sleeping or gone playing @ school, daycare, etc. Just before going into work or leaving..take 5 minutes of slow deep breathing.
