Why are people around me hurt me

‘You are a miracle, capable of creating in the likeness of your Creator. Everything else is your own nightmare, and does not exist.’

“All healing is essentially the release of fear’…. Such a great quote!

“everything that is perfect, ready to radiate through you and out into the whole world” [CE W-41.2:3].

“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” ― Albert Einstein

I understand the second quote but what does the first one mean? That by healing myself, I can help heal others too?
