I'm married and thank you I'll pass the information onto my dad and step mother as they are looking after them at the moment we are in Lisbon for my birthday

At that age they are just ‘tag alongs’ & really do whatever you do, so have a think about what would be easy & enjoyable for you to do. If you have a partner & the two of you can help out, then maybe a trip to the beach or an easy nature walk. A picnic in the park, a trip to the zoo. A play date with the park etc
