I’ve never heard of body scans! What is that?

You can do a search here on Sol and the guided exercise will come up! But the way I do is, I close my eyes & let my breathe deepen and then I tune in to the experience from the top of my head, my eyes, cheeks, jaw, neck etc all the way down slowly to my toes. And whilst I do this, I check in to see what’s going on in each body part… is there tension? Then I breathe & try to let it go, is there pain? Etc. I don’t judge what I find, I just observe it and move on and if I can relax that part, then great 😌 It really helps me ground and connect with myself! I’ll try and find it so it can pop up on the main feed for you to see! Don’t think I can tag you 😳😃
