Hi Noah, yes I can relate only too well! It’s tough, if like me, you keep pushing past your limits. I’m learning to say ‘no’. It is a powerful healing tool when exercised properly. That even includes no to socializing & talking to certain friends. I’m learning to respect my limits and listen to my body. Sleep earlier, eat more fruits and vegetables & let myself be exactly where I am. Step by step, in feeling stronger. Respect your limits 🫶
