That’s amazing! It’s makes such a difference! I’ve been doing that with my son but he’s only 17 months so he doesn’t fully get it yet.

My son is 3 now and I’ve been doing it with him since he was tiny but now he’s actually getting it a bit more! Trying to help him to learn self regulation… don’t think you can start this too early! Well done 👍
