Recently ive fwlt that everything is going wrong Ive ended up harming myself One of my friends jumped from the top of a building and one of my best friends also committed suicide My childhood dog also passed away If anyone can suggest any advice im really genuinely not sure of what to do and im on meds but i cant sleep cant think cant do anything genuinely

I’m sorry to hear all this 🥲have you reached out to a suicide friends & family or a grief support group? Maybe have a look online for one near you. You don’t have to go through this grief & confusion alone. It’s a lot for one person to process alone. There are others that can help who understand what you’re going through. 🙏
