It’s not been easy looking after my kids, visiting family and my own mental & physical well being over the holiday, but I think I’m managing ok. I’ve been taking regular moments to connect with myself (mini Mindfulness check ins) and seeking nature (always excellent medicine for me!) Only 2 days to go then back to normal 🙏 Hope you’re all taking time for yourselves too ❤️
