I struggle with identifying my emotions, connecting with them & emotional regulation & this Emotions & Feelings Circle & information box REALLY helps me. Firstly it explains the difference between emotions and feelings & secondly, I can help regulate myself by looking at the chart and trying to figure out what’s going on for me. Sometimes I start on the outside (feelings) & work my way into the center circle (primary emotions.) This has been a game changer for me, putting it here for anyone else who may benefit from it too 🙏
