I think I'll work on creating a plan like you said.
My goal will be 15 minutes, twice on the weekends (when I have a lot of free time.)
Also, with the screen time as a reward, that is a great idea but once I start the yoga, I'll feel motivated to do more afterwards, it is the "getting started" bit that is hard. I wouldn't want to have more screen time afterwards, though that was a great suggestion. ❤️
I might build on that, with the screen time. Maybe I put my phone on lock until after I finish?
