Ouff, yes, that can be a challenging period in one’s life. At those stages in my life, I would ask myself honestly ‘is this the right and healthy thing to do for myself’ and if the answer was yes, then I’d remind myself that this would be a healing period for and I have to allow myself to grieve and heal. You will get through this, trust yourself and give yourself grace and compassion during this transition 💗
