If there are foods that I love but not the most nutritious, and I want to eat better, I try to find ways to recreate it in a healthier way. One example is pizza, I found a way to make and eat one when I was doing a cleanse. The dough had same ratios of sweet potato and oat flour with seasonings of your choice. And do topping of your choice. Another times I made pancakes (I don’t remember the ingredients), and I made a yogurt lemon sauce with it and it was so good!
But it’s also ok to give in and have some cake for example and try to eat good the rest of the day to balance it out, that is still satisfying. I would suggest to think about the foods you love and see what you can make out of them
