Anyone tried these quick morning Chinese Exercises? They keep popping up on IG, so thought I’d give them a try. Been doing them every morning for a week now before my yoga & really feel more energized!

Vertigo is back again. Second time in a few weeks. Does anyone have any tips. Woke up at 3am with everything spinning. I think it’s a loose crystal in my ear 👂 😒
