Something I like to think about when making food choices is "Eat what you want, but add in what you need." This allows me to still eat the treat every now and then when I'm craving it, but adding in maybe some berries for fiber or an extra bit of protein on the side. I never like to limit myself, instead just ensure I'm still getting proper nutrients as well!
