I try to do a few minutes of grounding outside daily for my wellness! Does anyone else do this?
Sometimes our wellness is affected by how we process (or not!) our feelings. Getting stuck in anger or sadness etc, can really affect our well being & our quality of life. Here’s a chart which helps us figure out our feelings! By understanding what is going on for us, we can feel it and let it pass when we’re ready. Leaving it here for anyone else who may need it.
