I moved a lot more and enjoyed it! Goal for the following week is to continuing more, adding a little extra everyday to my normal routines. Walking the stairs instead of taking the list etc
I actually gave myself some desperately needed time off which I’m proud of. This week I plan to journal every morning, something I stopped doing a few months ago.
I got my uncle’s garden planted. It recreational- so we give about half to people walking by.
This week I plan to complete a self study Continuing Education course on The Complete Spine. It’s 30 hours..I’m 4 hours into it.
