Taking a warm bath with candles. Maybe a face mask. Journaling helps, too. I like to treat myself to something sweet. Taking a walk. I also put my phone away, doom scrolling is a habit and not a good one. I've learned that if you need to cry, cry. Avoiding your feelings isn't healthy. Reach out to someone if you need to vent and let it out. 🤗
