A quick and simple technique I like is called Heart Center Breath. It’s a great calming practice to help center yourself 1. Sit comfortably and place your hand over your heart 2. Breathe in slowly through your nose, imagining the breath going into your heart 3. Exhale slowly through your mouth 4. Repeat 3 times, focusing on the sensation of your breath in your heart
