Thanks everyone…. I’m ready to start again 💪💪
So I fell off the keto wagon about a week ago and I’m struggling to forgive myself and to start again. I felt great when I was doing it and my health had REALLY improved. I allowed myself a ‘treat day’ which turned into 7. But the thing is, they’re not treats for me because my body and mind suffer…. Knowing this, why is it so hard to stick to something that you know is doing you good and why is it even harder to forgive ourself and start again when we’ve slipped up???? Asking for a friend 😜
