Small steps. Focus on one thing at a time.
If you want to eat healthier, keep a list of all the foods you eat in a week. Then replace the most unhealthy with a healthier alternative. Toss the sugary foods from your pantry.
If you want to focus on exercise, join a gym that offers a personal trainer and set up sessions (be accountable) or buy a yoga mat, download an app and start there.
Make sure you include mental health since it’s all relative. One affects the other. Keep a journal - you can also use it to keep track of your meals, exercise and moods. This can help you identify how the way you eat affects you emotionally and how your activity does too.
