My anxiety has been through the roof this week. Does anyone have a grounding technique that works for this? 😅

Sorry to hear this Riley. Have you tried the techniques here on Sol, they really help me. Especially the breathing ones and the body check in meditation (can’t remember the official name for it, sorry.)

The one that works for me is the 54321 technique. To yourself, name 5 things you can see, 4 you can feel, 3 you can touch, 2 you can smell and one you can taste…. Hope it works for you too 🙏
