Hey, not sure how old you are but today especially, I believe many people are feeling this. We seem to be surrounded by uncertainty and instability. I think it’s normal to feel unsettled, especially with social media showing us challenging things constantly, we have little time to absorb it before another shock arrives. The way I deal with it is by taking one day at a time. I wake up, I’m alive, I do breathing exercises, yoga, stretches and put my hand on my heart and say ‘right now I’m safe.’ Getting into your body is a great way to help self soothe. Somatic exercises are also great. You can also try talk therapy too. There are many tools and you are not alone 🙏💗
