Can’t seem to catch a break this week. How do you all keep going when it feels like nothing’s working?

Hang on in there Taylor…. Tomorrow is a new day 🫶

My mom taught me that when I feel this way, then give to those less fortunate. Be it time, or conversation, or charity etc. doing this helps get out of our heads and stories…. It can help recalibrate as well as being of service to someone else too 🫶
