Maybe low iron… had same problem but since I can’t ask doctors (yk toxic fam won’t let me) I can’t say for sure if it’s mental or physical issue. I was able to get rid of it cuz I was frustrated that I wasn’t able to wake up properly and fist thing google said was likely iron. 🐙 so maybe that.
I am actually iron deficient, I hadn’t thought about that, thank you. Need to start taking my iron supplements again I guess! I hope you get to have the health care you need 🥺🙏
