Work & school can be a difficult challenge. You’ll come out in life in a better position. School is short-term…work should be more rewarding with the education behind it.
I find exercise snacks 10-15 minute 3-4 times daily clears the mind. That can be done by taking stairs instead of elevators. Parking further away from any door…
I studied my terms on the go, in waiting rooms, lunch brakes. Some times while exercising if ex: riding a bike.
Eating…make the time(yah that can be problematic) or find a partner to buy fresh produce, quick cook foods-ramen noodles you can add a hard boiled egg and spinach too…microwave for a nutritious quick meal…bag up fresh vegetables & fruit for in the go, bag up serving sizes of dry cereal…overnight oats…
