Hi Ayushi 👋 welcome to the circle 🤗 what are your goals? Exercise? Healthy food? Either way, I’d say to spend a little time to figure out what your goals are and why you want them. If you’re wanting to start exercising then I’d say choose something you really enjoy doing, as you’re more likely to stick to it, be it walking, tennis, soccer, gym or martial arts etc. if you have a specific fitness and muscle goal, then best explore your local gyms and see who can help you achieve your goals etc.
