That happens every night for me i got used to it tbh
Woke up 10 times during the night last night, my mind was racing with stressful thoughts each time I woke up. My dreams were filled with anxiety. I didn’t even realize I was stressed before I went to sleep! I wasnt sure what to do, so I kept trying to sleep again and the same thing kept happening… should I have just gotten up and done some journaling or meditation instead maybe?
