It’s important to speak to someone you trust and tell them how and why you may be feeling this way. Sometimes when we look at our problems together with someone else we trust, we can see solutions or it can help us feel connected & less alone in our struggles. There are many things you can do to help but it’s important that you tell your parents, or a partner or a friend how you are feeling, or speak to a professional organization who can guide you through this. You do not need to be alone, there is support out there 🙏
