PRAYER FOR TODAY Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your patience with us. Please Lord, today give us the grace to put away the harsh words and to pick up a gentle spirit. Help us to be peacemakers in our homes, in our workplaces, and in our church. Holy Spirit, guard our tongues today and let our words be a soothing balm to those who hear them. In Jesus' name, Amen.
