Paying attention to how I'm breathing during a workout, what I'm experiencing physically & mentally. & remembering to feel it & let it pass. & that all those feelings/thoughts are okay.. just don't remain with them. Release it. Make all the moves in the workout count. Remembering to keep my core & pelvic floor muscles tight. & again. Breathing. It's done with intention. Not simply getting a workout over with as soon as possible. Lil changes applied everyday lead to giant shifts in your future. 🤞🏼💜
