Totally! đ My mind wanders throughout .. I have to concentrate...
I find it SO hard. Moving meditation is easier for me, have you tried it?

Moving meditation? Isn't it just yoga?
No, I believe itâs different. For example, thereâs walking meditation where you walk mindfully, labeling each time you step on the appropriate foot âleft foot, right foot, left foot, right footâ etc. I saw it on a video here on Sol once and it really helps me, as it keeps my mind and body busy whilst also bringing me to the present moment đ¶ââïž
