I have a rough couple of days on Wednesday I was too scared to do my practice interview and then they had to cancel my interview.

Ye, especially lately. I think there’s a lot going on for so many people at the minute all around the world and if you are a sensitive person, it can affect you. It’s important to dind practices to help you cope and process. Sometimes alls we need is to sleep and eat well for a few days. This can then give us some renewed strength to get perspective on our issues 🙏
