You can create a topical with turmeric black pepper (powder) and peppermint into your lotion or in an oil like olive or coconut which are both great for skin or add any/all of these to a bath. Be warned lol tuneric stains but will wear off. A high Omega 3 diet (seafood) and rich antioxidant diet (rich green) to fight inflammation. Stay away from deep fried foods. Never give up your dark chocolate, that can help too!
