Always alternative first. The body is designed to self heal if we create the correct environment for it. Plus, it seems that conventional medicine often comes with other side affects. So I help my body do it’s job and if it can’t, then I get conventional but most of the time, it helps itself and feel healthier for it 🙏
I usually like to start with alternative methods first— things like herbal teas, rest, and hydration. If the symptoms persist or get worse, i’ll turn to conventional medicine
