Hi Malhaar, a friend was diagnosed with BPD. She’s now doing DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy,) which is apparently the best therapy for it. She is happier for both the diagnosis & the therapy. She said that finally understanding why she is the way she is has helped her a lot with her anxiety and the therapy is helping her with her thoughts and behaviors.
