You could try the dish I posted a few days ago! If you scroll down a little, you’ll see it. I used chicken, fresh ginger, garlic, ground chicken, zucchini, carrots, green onions, kefir leaves and through in some lemon, soya sauce, rice vinegar & sesame oil. I served it on Chinese lettuce and it delicious! If you don’t have the sauces, you can use soya sauce and lemon. Or make a spicy sauce yourself. Also, add whatever vegetables you like too 🤗
