So as a way to manage my anxiety & stress, Iâve started creative cooking, ie⊠making cooking fun again instead of a chore by using whatever I have and adding whatever my body tells me if feels like eating! Basically, I put on some nice music, podcasts or chants etc. I tune into my hungerâs needs & then throw together whatever flavors/ textures I fancy! And honestly⊠I had fun! I relaxed and I was creative. I forgot how much I enjoyed cooking. So this is an egg, spicy sausage, Parmesan, Potatoe, zucchini, onion, oregano, saffron & chili frittata served with some avocado, sauerkraut & fresh pepper!!!! Anyone else fancy giving this a go??
