In case you didn’t see my reply in my post @Noah…. I’m not sure how they work but the Epsom salts and lavender help remove toxins from the body and enable relaxation. I don’t know if there’s a certain number of times you’re supposed to do it but I basically do it when I have time (once every couple of weeks.) Basically, I add add 2 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath & soak for 15-20 minutes to help sweat out toxins 🤗
