Good question. I agree with Jordan, welllness for me is a body, mind & spirit connection. I don’t believe we can be ‘well’ if we have good physical health but poor mental or emotional health and vise versa. It’s a balance and one that needs daily and consistent work to establish and maintain.
For me, wellness is about balance… feeling strong in my body, calm in my mind, and grounded in my emotions. I measure it by how present and peaceful I feel throughout the day.
