Decided with a cousin of mine to meet online weekly, check in & do exercises by Dr Kristen Neff on compassion; especially self compassion. It seems so many of us can be really tough on ourselves. I’m looking forward to this!

That’s a great alternative to in person. I teach interactive exercise 6 times a week. My favorites are Tai Chi and Qigong.
