I read somewhere that ‘sometimes we just need to feel bad’… and this was a game changer for me. Now when anxiety pops up, I just say ‘thank you and what is it you’re trying to protect me from’… then I listen for however long & give it space to run its course.
Accept your reality, sometimes it’s tougher than other times and that’s ok! They say that what we resist, persist. So take a deep breathe and just say yes to it 🫶
