I discovered a great Eckhart Tolle meditation technique to help still the mind & thought to share it with others who may need it too: INSTRUCTIONS: 1- Close your eyes & take a nice gentle deep breathe into your belly and release out of your mouth allowing your jaw to relax 2- then direct your attention to your thoughts, & mind and mentally ask yourself this one question: ‘the I wonder what my next thought will be’ and then watch your mind what will happen 🙏 Let me know what happened for you! 🧘♀️💖
