It happened to me once and I was so frustrated! Like Isabella said, find something else to put your focus and energy on to allow your muscles time to heal ❤️
Oh no, it’s difficult to not exercise when you’re used to working out! But it’s also a great opportunity to work on other aspects of your life like breathing work or yoga or somatic exercises that aren’t going to inflame the injury. Or to do something that you’ve been wanting to do for a while but kept putting it off!! 😀 I hope you recover soon.
