Achievable-set yourself up for success Relevant/Review-Make a plan of something that can attain the goal. Example “Lose weight-a better goal is increase physical activity or change processed food to fresh food” Time bound-Pick a time of day or day of the week that can be successful! Review weekly and discuss how to change. Was the goal met? Set a new one! Did it not work out? How can it!
