Thank you Dr Ed O! I definitely get Sunday night insomnia, so I will try to stick to my regular sleep/wake times and add in a nap instead!
I have a question about sleeping in, is it helpful or harmful? For example, on weekends I tend to sleep in because I’m tired from the week, which causes me to wake up later in the day. This then makes me sleep later that night because im not as tired, then my routine is thrown off. Any tips?
